Sustainability is not a feeling, but a core strategic issue for companies, which we prefer to discuss on the basis of data. This is why we support and assist organizations in collecting and collating data, classifying and understanding key figures and facts relating to sustainability. Not only because the reporting obligations of more and more companies require it, but above all because only what is measurable is also visible and can therefore be changed for the better.
A sustainability strategy can only be fully effective if it is seamlessly integrated into a company's overall strategy and is supported and implemented with commitment. Our multidisciplinary team has a broad and in-depth knowledge of sustainability, strategy consulting and technology. We are therefore very diverse within the field of sustainability and bring a wide range of perspectives and backgrounds to the collaboration with our clients.
When our managing directors Dr. Merlin Köhnke and Kevin Möller founded Five Glaciers Consulting in 2023, Germany still had the five glaciers that gave the company its name. Now there are only four. This could make us feel hopeless, but instead it is our daily drive and motor.
Our extended team also includes a hand-picked network of highly specialized sustainability experts, e.g. on topics such as circular economy, life cycle assessment or sustainability innovation. We can call on these experts depending on the scope of the project and the topic.
Our primary goal when working with companies is to build up our customers' long-term expertise. For us, this is also sustainability: enabling companies to assess and drive forward most topics themselves from a certain point onwards.
We focus on the application of innovative methods, the latest data and scientific findings in order to develop forward-looking solutions for our customers.
Our holistic approach ensures that sustainability dimensions are interlinked and that synergies between different measures are optimally utilized.
